Online Lecture Series hosted by the University of Graz with the authors of the publication “Shifting Protracted Conflict Systems Through Local Interactions Extending Kelman’s Legacy,” which draws on the HKI’s series of conferences held with Herb Kelman at Harvard’s Weatherhead Centre for International Affairs.
